What gives revitalization of machine tool equipment:

• Reduction of radial clearances of spindles to 0,04 mm;
  
• reduction of radial runout of spindles up to 0,03 mm, end runout up to 0,02 mm;
  
• improvement of surface roughness of machined parts up to Ra 0,01;
  
• stabilization of hydraulic systems operation;
  
• reduction of noise and vibration level by 20-70%;
  
• 1.5 - 2 times longer service life of machine units and mechanisms.
  

Application:

Spindle units, gearboxes, drive mechanisms:

Spindle units; gearboxes having a joint lubrication system; mechanism of grinding headstock and driving wheel headstock; mechanism of chuck headstock and spindle of internal grinding machine working in an oil bath - are treated with "Gel-revitalizant HADO for compressors and bearings" in 3 stages, at the rate of consumption of 3.0 ml of gel per 1 liter of standard oil for one stage of treatment.

Gearboxes and feeds, bearings of the console of milling machines with autonomous lubrication system are treated with "Gel-revitalizant XADO for gearboxes" in 3 stages, according to the consumption rate of 3.0 ml of gel per 1 liter of standard oil for one stage of treatment.

Bearings of spindles of grinding bosses of cylindrical grinding machine working in an oil bath are treated with "Gel-revitalizant XADO for compressors and bearings" in 6 stages at the rate of consumption of 1.5 ml of gel per 1 liter of standard oil for one stage of treatment

Processing of spindle units of coordinate boring machines is performed by "XADO Gel-Revitalizant for power steering" in 5 stages at the rate of consumption of 0.8 ml of gel per 1 liter of standard oil for one stage of processing.

The interval of total operation between treatment stages is 8-12 hours.

A complete cycle of node processing is not less than 450 hours of total machine operation, calculated from the beginning of the first stage.

Machine trolleys

The treatment of oil-lubricated screws is carried out with "XADO Gel-Revitalizant for Gearboxes" by adding it to the lubricating oil of the screw pair at the rate of 9.0 ml of gel per 1 liter of standard oil.

A complete cycle of treatment is not less than 550 hours of total operation.

Machine guides

Machine guides are treated with "XADO Gel-Revitalizant for compressors and bearings (industrial)" by adding the necessary amount of gel to the oil bath at the rate of 9.0 ml per 1 liter of standard oil for the whole treatment cycle.

A complete cycle of guideway treatment is not less than 700 hours of total machine operation.
