What does revitalization of engines provide?

• Removes ovality and taper on working surface of cylinders up to 0.15 mm
• Fully eliminates scratches and microscuffs on working surfaces of cylinders with the depth up to 0.03 mm

• Levels and increases compression and maximum combustion pressure in cylinders
• Saves up to 18% of fuel

• Ensures engine operation at emergency oil leak up to 300 km of run
• Decreases CO and HC in exhaust gases by 2-10 times
• Increases service life by 1.5-2.5 times

Application:

Diesel engines with oil system capacity of more than 30 L are treated with XADO Gel-revitalizant for diesel engines in 3 stages in the amount of 0.9 ml to 1 L of operational oil for one treatment stage.

Diesel or gasoline engines with oil system capacity of less than 30 L are treated with XADO Gel-revitalizant for diesel engines or XADO Gel-revitalizant for gasoline engines in three stages (for every engine type correspondingly).

Accumulated operational time between stages comprises 8-12 hours or 150-250 km of run;

Full treatment cycle makes not less than 400 hours of accumulated operational time or not less than 1,500 km of run from the beginning of the first treatment stage.

Application:

Treatment of fuel systems is completed with XADO Gel-revitalizant for fuel equipment (for diesel and gasoline engines correspondingly) in one stage by introduction of the necessary amount of the gel into fuel according to the above table;

Full treatment cycle makes not less 80 operating hours of engines or 4,000 km of run.
