XADO Gel-Revitalizant for compressors and bearings (industrial)
It is intended for restorative repair and protection against wear of bearing units and compressors during normal operation.
Forms a new ceramic-metal coating with unique characteristics on the surfaces of friction pairs and completely restores the geometry of parts.
Specially designed for restoration repair and wear protection of bearings operating in an oil bath, as well as units and parts of compressors of all types (except oxygen). Extends the service life of units and mechanisms 2-4 times, significantly reduces energy and resource consumption.

Application
Apply the required amount of revitalizant gel into the oil filling (oil measuring) hole of the mechanism. • Rolling bearings in an oil bath are treated in 3 stages without oil change at the rate of 1.2 ml of gel per 1 liter of standard oil for 1 stage of treatment. Plain bearings are treated in 6 stages at the rate of 1.5 ml of gel per 1 liter of standard oil for 1 stage of treatment. The interval of total operating time between treatment stages is 20-30 hours. The complete cycle of treatment is not less than 550 hours of total operating time of bearings from the beginning of the first stage. • Piston* compressors are treated in 3 stages at the rate of 2.0 ml per 1.0 liter of standard oil for one stage of treatment. Total running time between stages is 12-24 hours. A full cycle of treatment is not less than 400-550 hours of compressor operation from the beginning of the first stage of treatment.
Notes
Attention! Turbochargers, centrifugal, scroll and screw compressors are treated according to individual methods developed by XADO technicians.
