Gearboxes

What revitalization of gearboxes provides:

• compensation of wear in the thickness of gear teeth (up to 0.8 mm);
• improvement of roughness and increase of microhardness up to 750 kg/mm2 on tooth contact spots;
• elimination of pitting shells, scratches, micro-scuffs on tooth contact spots with depth up to 0.1 mm;
• reduction of specific contact loads in tooth contact spots by 2-4 times;
• reduction of radial clearances in bearings up to 0,07 mm;
• increase of service life by 2-3 times.

Application:

Gearboxes and gearboxes are treated with "Gel - revitalizant XADO for gearboxes" in 3 stages without oil change at the rate of 3.0 ml per 1 liter of standard oil for one stage of treatment;

Gearboxes working with hydraulic system elements in the same oil bath are treated with "XADO Gel-Revitalizant for power steering" in 5 stages at the rate of 1.8 ml per 1 liter of standard oil for one stage of treatment;

Total operation time between stages is 12-24 hours;

Full cycle of treatment is not less than 450 hours of total operation, calculated from the beginning of the first stage of treatment.
