What revitalization of compressors provides:

• elimination of cylinder ovality and taper in reciprocating compressors up to 0.5 mm;
  
• elimination of ovality of crankshaft journals in piston compressors up to 0.05 mm;
  
• scratches, shells and micro-scuffs on the working surface of cylinders in piston compressors with depth up to 0.04 mm are completely eliminated;
  
• Increase of reciprocating compressor performance up to 25%;
  
• increase in pressure and stabilization of oil operating temperature;
  
• reduction of power consumption in reciprocating compressors up to 36%;
  
• preservation of improved after treatment operating parameters of compressors during a year at any operating time;
  
• increase of compressor life in 2- 2,5 times.
  

Application:

Piston (centrifugal) compressors are treated with "HADO Gel-Revitalizant for compressors and bearings" in 3 - 5 stages at the rate of 2,0 - 0,8 ml per 1 liter of standard oil for one stage of treatment;

Screw compressors with lubrication system without oil pump are treated with "HADO revitalizant gel for power steering" in 8 stages at the rate of 0.5 ml per 1 liter of standard oil for one stage of treatment;

Total operation time between stages is 12 - 24 hours;

Full cycle of treatment is not less than 400-550 hours of compressor operation from the beginning of the first stage of treatment.
