What the use of revitalizant gives:

• Reduction of radial clearances to 0.07 mm and axial play to 0.03 mm;
  
• increase of bearing accuracy class;
  
• reduction of vibration velocity by 1.5 - 2.5 times, reduction of vibration displacement by 25-40%;
  
• increase of rolling bearing run-out by 30-70%;
  
• increase of service life by 2-4 times.
  

Application:

Rolling bearings in oil bath are treated with "HADO Gel-Revitalizant for compressors and bearings" in 3 stages without oil change at the rate of 1,2 ml of gel per 1 liter of standard oil for 1 stage of treatment.

Sliding bearings are treated with "KADO Gel-Revitalizant for compressors and bearings" in 6 stages at the rate of 1.5 ml of gel per 1 liter of standard oil for 1 stage of treatment.

The interval of total operation between treatment stages is 20-30 hours. Full cycle of treatment is not less than 550 hours of total operating time of bearings from the beginning of the first stage.

KADO "Repair" and "Restoration" greases are used for restoration of worn rolling bearings and sliding units lubricated with grease.
