Why does XADO Antifreeze Red 12+ contain revitalizant?
The most critical and expensive part of the car cooling system is the pump. The pump makes the coolant circulate through pipes and channels. The weakest point of the pump is its bearing. It is protected from the coolant by a hermetic seal (oil seal). If the seal is not tight, antifreeze enters the bearing and disables the pump.
The revitalizant contained in XADO Antifreeze Red 12+ protects the pump and allows it to operate in an emergency situation up to twice as long as without revitalizant.
- When the engine is running, water gradually evaporates from the coolant and the concentration of antifreeze increases. Therefore, water must be topped up to maintain the coolant level
- If the cooling system leaks fluid, refill with antifreeze diluted with water
- XADO Antifreeze Red 12+ Concentrate should be diluted with distilled or tap water before use
- XADO Antifreeze Red 12+ / water ratio depends on the minimum operating temperature of the vehicle

XADO Antifreeze G12+ is compatible and mixable with all other automotive coolants (blue, green, yellow, purple colors) based on ethylene glycol.
